To register and maintain an Account on Padu99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Any Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed without prior notice, and all funds in the Account — including any deposits and winnings — will be forfeited.

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents in acceptable quality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. Padu99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.
Upon Account closure by either party, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be processed for refund to the Account holder via the most recent verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable rollover requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
